The app requires Oculus Gear VR and the Oculus app. Since it's not launched through the Oculus store, you need to enable Gear VR developer mode. To do this, go to Settings, Apps and press the Gear VR Service App. Then press Storage, Manage Storage and enable Developer mode. Then connect your Gear VR controller to your phone, start Balloon Massacre VR, connect your phone to your Gear VR headset and start shooting!
